Great atmosphere.  Lots of activities going on throughout the ballpark.  There are sections of the stadium where you can see the field from the concession stands (always a plus).  There are seats right outside of the lavatories, presumably for people waiting for their friend/family/etc. to finish his/her business.  Located near the leftfield foul pole is a giant Chic-Fil-a cow statue that moves its arm (i.e., leg) when a Braves home run is scored.  Cute.

Interestingly enough, Turner Field has a "Lexus Lot" right outside of the stadium where only Lexus vehicles are allowed to park.  No Ferraris allowed.

Stories from the Road
I went to the game with a friend from college who I haven't seen in a while.  He was kind enough to not only host me for Thursday and Friday night, but also to pick me up from the airport on Thursday and drop me off at the Avis Rental Car station early on Saturday morning.

Before the game on Friday night, we got what I would call typical southern food: bbq, cornbread, biscuits and sweet tea.  After the game, we met up with some of his law school friends at a bar where they were serving "Sweet Water", a beer that tastes just like sweet tea.  My friend and his law school fiends had just graduated from law school and were just about to start studying for the bar exams.

Not much else to report.  Saturday morning I started my 8 hour drive to Tampa Bay to catch the Rays game later that day.
